Have a governing committee
I'd like some say in who is driving this train. My recommendation would be for a dozen committee members voted on by members of the Flex Community.
btw i'm not against it but i think it would be easy to go wrong. for example, if they have a private committee member meeting then they are doing the same thing the flex team did and not getting everyones input. and it wouldn't be healthy if adobe *only* looked to the committee to gauge a response.
i'm not anxious to set to this up for a couple reasons. i've been trying to convince adobe to put some features into flex for a while. if a flex community committee is setup and the committee sets up its own goals and adobe looks to the committee for what the community wants then the individual would lose his voice. i think there is something to creating community teams mentioned in another post.
